Identify Objectives: We work with you to identify the objectives for your project and will ask you the following questions:
-
What is the intended use, (advertisement, keepsake, framed art, business card, etc.)?
-
Who is the audience (age, demographic, specialty interest, etc.)?
-
How are the materials going to be used or distributed (mail, email, leave behinds, publication, inserts, etc.)?
-
Are there any unique or special needs to be achieved with the design?
-
What are the budget and schedule parameters?
Planning & Development: When all objectives are identified for your project we will submit a proposal, identifying deliverables, budget, and schedule. Upon verbal acceptance, a contract will be submitted for your signature.
Design: Based on your objectives and design intent, we will submit comps for your approval. With your feedback we modify the design elements as needed. Prior to manufacturing, we will submit final proofs for your approval.
Production Preparation: We double-check all our elements with the production entity such as the printer or service bureau, magazine or newspaper.
Printing: During the actual “manufacturing” of the product, we supervise all steps to make certain that everyone is pleased with the final result.
Wrap-Up: Finally, we complete the process upon delivery of the product. Archival of all materials will be completed. Final billing will be submitted.
